level 1 The Hats are part of the school uniform in the books and in the first 2 movies, 3 out of 4 background characters wore them. Finally someone that notices that too and says something. I thought I was the only one after in the fantastic beasts movies, everyone wears muggle clothing and no one said a fucking word! level 2 And even in the later Potter films when they did wear "robes" it was just Muggle clothes with a long coat. The only characters I can remember consistently wearing robes through all the films were Dumbledore and McGonagall, and they fuxked up their costumes (and McGonagall's age) for Fantastic Beasts as well. level 1 The Herbology teacher was wearing a hat in the trailer level 1 Actually some did wear hats level 2 I hadn't noticed 'o' Although this hat looks ugly.. I hope to see some like Minerva hats. level 1 Illustrations = Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone MinaLima level 1 Meh, I find the hats extremely unappealing. If they are in the game, I want the option to turn them off for at least the students.

level 2 That man will be unstoppable if he works with Netflix AND HBO level 2 Cary Fukunaga season on True Detective. There were so many places this season where you could tell if Fukunaga was still directing he would have turned to Pizzolatto and said, " No we're not doing that. " level 2 Loving the minimalist style, better than that shitty new 007 poster. Jeezus level 2 I just wish it had been Captive. Killer. Child. Seems more striking to me... level 1 Comment deleted by user 5 years ago More than 2 children level 2 I can see the smart media barons shitting bricks right about now. In 18 years Netflix has managed not only to establish itself as a predominant player, but also slowly made their business irrelevant. It has allowed creativity to resurface, and given us a chance to see original content once again. Finally there is an alternative to the cookie cutter block buster cinema formula. I imagine the dumb media barons are still crying piracy. level 1 This looks like an outstanding film that I'm not going to be able to watch at all.

Dan Romer is doing the music, and he was brilliant in Beasts of the Southern Wild. level 1 A movie about child soldiers in Africa. This has quite a bit of potential for story telling. I am intrigued by the concept. Too bad I don't have Netflix. level 2 Also, props to a trailer that intrigues the audience instead of telling the whole fucking story. level 2 get a free month trial and then watch it and then cancel it. level 2 Honestly they have been putting out a ton of original content which is worth the subscription in its own right. Bojack is fantastic, house of cards, Orange is the new black, etc level 2 PROTIP: Cancel your cable TV subscription and get yourself Netflix. If you can find a way to stream from your PC to your TV you can find any show or series you could ever want easily with any of the streaming services at a fraction of the cost. If some major show is on that you really want to watch on TV like game of thrones go watch it at a friends house. Ive saved thousands in the years I've gone without the cable subscription and never once have I missed it.

You can't look away. Pearce takes his time laying out his sleeping-with-the-enemy tale, but his stinginess with plot lends the film an vice-tightening air of mystery that suits it. May 10, 2018 Beast plays with its lovers deftly, then pitilessly. Pearce has some mildly wicked fun with his scenario, winking as he stages such routine thriller-flick maneuvers as having the lights suddenly cut out. Pearce, in his feature directing debut, proves himself a solid craftsman, with a gift for giving even derivative story elements a nerve-jangling tweak. With the assured script and deft direction from Pearce, along with Buckley's complex and nuanced performance, we never know what's actually going on in her head. Original Score: 3/4 Page 1 of 3

Moll is 27 and still living at home, stifled by the small island community around her and too beholden to her family to break away. When she meets Pascal, a free-spirited stranger, a whole new world opens up to her and she begins to feel alive for the first time, falling madly in love. Finally breaking free from her family, Moll moves in with Pascal to start a new life. But when he is arrested as the key suspect in a series of brutal murders, she is left isolated and afraid. Choosing to stand with him against the suspicions of the community, Moll finds herself forced to make choices that will impact her life forever.

level 1 I'll always watch Idris Elba. The guys is just so fucking great in everything. He kills it in Luther. level 1 Despite all the shade thrown at him from Nic Pizzolatto in TD Season 2, I feel Cary Fukunaga is just as responsible, if not more, for why TD Season 1 was as good as it was. His absence was definitely felt in S2. This looks absolutely crazy. level 2 Comment deleted by user 5 years ago More than 1 child level 1 I think it's amazing that an online streaming service has the ability to put out such high quality original content. House of Cards and Narcos are seriously on the same level as a HBO production, and I feel this will be no different. I can't wait for this shit. level 2 Some other redditor had a good theory I read once: Netflix's shows are generally better because Netflix has better data to research their audience preferences than any other content producer and thus fit the programs that they invest in to their estimations of what viewers want. level 2 Agreed x100.
